Ramon is a highly accomplished leader with 27 years of broad-scoped in depth experience in the fields of Finance, Marketing, Sales and New Business Development (M&A), covering the Americas markets, at top notch multinational organizations, as well as mid-sized entrepreneurial businesses. Strong leadership applied to how to increase Sales structuring the best model to acquire, serve and keep happy customers. His financial mindset focused in achieving both top and bottom line growth, make him a results-oriented leader ready to leave his mark as a Consultant for companies seeking to grow and become more cost-efficient.
Ramon has a degree in Systems Engineer, a Masters in Finance, and specialized studies in Strategic Planning. He worked for 12 years in the global powerhouse Procter & Gamble, in a variety of roles in the Finance and Marketing functions. Leading several market introductions like Pantene line extensions, Old Spice in Mexico, and Secret in Latam. Later transitioned into Empresas Polar to their Beverage Division, a Pepsicola bottler (which earned Bottler of the year of 2004), taking a leading role in restructuring their operations and go-to-market practices. Ramon held the Regional Latam Director for the Marketing function in Tracker VSR (a Colombian licensee of LoJack) implementing an award winning campaign as best overall advertising in 2006 from Leo Burnett. Latet he became the Commercial VP for the Venezuelan operation, further blossoming his leadership skills, overseeing more than 100 people.
Once in the US, he became Director Business Development for Heineken, the 3rd largest Beer Company in the World, based on NYC. He combined his outstanding analytical skills with his financial & marketing background to identify acquisition, JV or licensing opportunities that would accelerate inorganic growth for the Americas Region.
Ramon moved on into the entrepreneur world wanting to bring to smaller/medium size companies the strategic thinking, methodology, best-in-class benchmarks and all the cutting-edge know-how that large corporations have, into smaller/medium size firms, and as such founded STEFERI. He brings the added value to not only innovate for his clients, but also to implement the approved recommendations to ensure results are achieved.
